Annual scholarships for students at Redlands High Schools (Redlands High School, Redlands East Valley High School and Citrus Valley High School) and Yucaipa High School.

Each year, through the Redlands Community Scholarship Foundation, Casc awards up to three $750 scholarships to outstanding graduating seniors who intend to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Science at a four-year college or university. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate an interest in a career in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science and be involved in community service and/or extracurricular activities. An essay describing student’s interests and life experiences is beneficial in the selection process.

In 2024, Casc also began a partnership with Yucaipa High School to offer a STEM-based scholarship.
