Associate Planner

Prior to my career at Casc, I served as a Program Coordinator, Community Development/Outreach Coordinator, and Marketing Specialist/Executive Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. This experience led me into my initial role at Casc as a Project Coordinator. I served as a Project Coordinator for about 2 years in the Planning Department and then transition into my current role as an Associate Planner. My journey into planning was inspired by a deep-seated desire to help others, expand on business development initiatives, and make a positive impact on communities. One thing I like about planning is that it allows me to help improve, shape, and enhance the ways communities function and I’m able to play a role in creating places/environments that ultimately enhance many people’s quality of life. What I love most about my role is the blend of business development, administration, and hands-on planning projects. Working within a team that values innovation and quality results allows me to expand my creative skills and contribute meaningfully. Casc provides me with a great environment—a team-oriented setting, flexibility, and the ability to add profound value to the world through our planning initiatives.
