Growing up in the Midwest, I always enjoyed family vacations, visiting relatives living in different cities across the east coast. I’ll never forget the first time traveling to Washington D.C. and walking along the National Mall. I was fascinated with the history, architecture, and urban environment of the park. These trips inspired my future career in Land Use Planning. When I look back at the end of my career, I hope to feel like I made a difference. I enjoy being a part of a “family” environment and working with a team that is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds, working together to deliver solutions.
